The awards celebration will take place in Nashville on Thursday, August 27. Eligibility
- For-profit business
- Headquartered in Tennessee
- Revenue of greater than $5mm
Divisions
Companies will be divided between two divisions: Bootstrapped and Institutionally Backed.
- Bootstrapped: Companies that have not formally raised funds. Seed funding from individuals, friends, or family is acceptable.
- Institutionally Backed: Companies that have some sponsorship from an angel network, venture capital, or private equity.
