Cancellations received via email at least 3 business days from the event will be granted a refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Ajay Bajaj is a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Summit; and has been with the firm for over 10 years. Ajay has over 20 years in real estate and corporate finance. Ajay came to Summit from Western Capital Partners where he was the Regional Manager for the Rocky Mountain and Western Regions. Ajay has held finance and business development positions with CapMark, Cerner, and Oracle.

Ajay holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wichita State University. He enjoys spending time with family and hobbies include golf, cycling, skiing and other outdoor sport

Donovan Capital

Claudio Ochoa is the Managing Partner and General Counsel of Donovan Capital Group, a Tysons, Virginia-based private credit firm that invests in Defense & Government Services businesses. Concurrently, he serves as outside general counsel to several high-net-worth families, overseeing their direct investments.

Previously, Claudio was an attorney at Morvillo Abramowitz and DLA Piper. At both firms, he specialized in complex white-collar litigation and securities law.

Claudio has additionally served in several roles at the White House and Central Intelligence Agency, and as press secretary for the Lt. Governor of Colorado.

He is active philanthropically, serving as a Trustee for the Lincoln Hall School for Boys and as an outside attorney for the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Eastern District of Virginia. He was honored for his support of the U.S. military by being selected by Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis for the 87th Class of the Joint Civilian Orientation Conference.

Claudio attended American University’s Washington College of Law, Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.

Michael worked at PNC Equity Partners before establishing Riverarch Equity Partners. Previously, he was in the Investment Banking group at Schneider Downs where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private placements. Michael received a bachelor of arts in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He also received an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at The University of North Carolina. Michael was previously a director of Authority Brands, Carbon's Golden Malted, Environmental Express, Feeders Supply, North American Breaker Company, LawLogix, Pirtek Europe, Precision Aviation Group and Steelite International. He is currently a director of Barr GeoSpatial Solutions, Forta, Fresh Direct Produce, Safco Dental Supply, Sequent Foodservice Solutions, TCP Analytical and Walex Products Company.
