Mike Dokas is a co-founder and Partner at Breakwater Consulting Partners, where he helps organizations modernize finance operations, strengthen reporting, and build scalable financial processes. Breakwater specializes in Sage Intacct implementations and optimization, with a focus on multi-entity environments, financial reporting, process automation, and data visibility. Drawing on more than 15 years of consulting experience, including a decade at Deloitte, Michael advises private equity firms and middle-market companies on finance transformation, ERP strategy, and post-acquisition integration. His work helps management teams establish reliable financial foundations that support informed decision-making, transaction readiness, and sustainable growth.

Tanmay Limaye currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Astreya, a global IT managed services leader. He is a strategic finance leader with over two decades of experience structuring and executing strategic M&A deals across acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, debt financings, IPOs, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, both domestically and internationally. Recently, he led the exit of Astreya to Cognizant in June 2026.

Previously, as SVP and Head of Corporate Development at Argenbright Group, he built out the group's portfolio with platform acquisitions, tuck-ins, and strategic partnerships. His earlier experience spans a publicly listed analytics and recovery audit company and a private equity-backed, high-growth IoT business. He is a recipient of “The M&A Advisor's Emerging Leaders (40 Under 40)” award.

Prior to joining ICV, Ms. Rachide founded Think Forward Consulting where she provided business strategy, human resources, and brand development consulting services to private equity and venture backed companies. Previously, Ms. Rachide held senior executive roles in strategy, sales, product development and implementation, and operations at a number of large public and smaller private companies, including: Surterra Holdings, FleetCor Technologies, PulteGroup, Family Dollar, and Clement Pappas. Her largest operating P&L was $2 billion. Ms. Rachide was also a consultant for McKinsey & Company, where she was a leader in the growth strategy practice and served clients in the retail, consumer goods, and private equity practices. Earlier in her career, Ms. Rachide was a divisional controller at Liz Claiborne. Ms. Rachide is a North Carolina native, where she grew up working in her family’s independent pharmacy. Ms. Rachide holds BS and BA degrees from the University of Richmond and a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University.

As an Assurance Partner in Cherry Bekaert's Assurance practice, Jonathan leads audit and consulting engagements, focusing on private middle-market companies with U.S. and international operations. Jonathan is a Certified Public Accountant with more than a decade of experience in public accounting, concentrating primarily on the technology and professional services industries.

In addition to traditional audit and consulting services, Jonathan helps clients on a number of special projects related to revenue recognition, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, and lease accounting.

Jonathan began his career as an intern with Cherry Bekaert and has now been with the Firm for over a decade. In his time with the Firm, he has gained significant experience working with a wide range of both large and small companies across various industries.

George Buckley is a growth and go-to-market executive with extensive experience helping organizations accelerate revenue, enter new markets, and strengthen competitive positioning. Currently serving as Director of Growth for Financial Services at Sage, he brings a broad cross-industry perspective shaped by leadership roles in financial services, healthcare, enterprise technology, data services, and professional services. Having worked with companies ranging from mid-market innovators to global enterprises, George combines strategic vision with practical operational experience to help businesses navigate growth, transformation, and market change.
