Since 1994, he has helped HBC evolve into what it is today by nourishing industry relationships and providing value through each interaction. Mark promotes a family-oriented culture and is a strong advocate of sustainability and diversity throughout the company. Currently, he serves as a Board Member for HBC and the U.S. Green Building Council.

Jack has more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction, business development, and company leadership. As President of Burger Construction, he has helped grow the San Diego-based firm into one of the region's most respected commercial contractors. Jack leverages decades of project execution, client relationship management, and operational leadership experience in every engagement. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Oregon.

He leverages his decades of transactional, analytical, leadership and entrepreneurial experience in every engagement.  Prior to Keystone, David was a Managing Director at DealSource Partners, Citigroup Investment Bank, and EF Hutton.  He has a BS in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Arizona and an MBA in Finance from Arizona State University.  David is a FINRA-registered representative with Series 7, 79, and 24 certifications.
