Tushar is also a car collector and has reimagined and redesigned his own Ferrari FF and Mercedes G-Wagon to convert them into convertibles. He hosts a weekly poker night and enjoys early morning time on the beach to start the day grounded.

Vanessa Rousso is a Partner and Business Unit Leader at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on business litigation and complex transactional matters across commercial real estate, corporate, construction, and healthcare. Vanessa provides clients with forward-thinking counsel at the intersection of litigation, deal strategy, and business innovation. Her practice spans high-stakes commercial disputes, sophisticated transactional matters, and strategic advisory engagements for companies, developers, contractors, brokerage firms, entrepreneurs, and ultra-high net worth individuals, and increasingly extends into AI compliance and governance, making her a strong fit as lead counsel for a wide range of matters rather than one narrow specialty.

She is one of the pioneering AI compliance and governance practitioners in South Florida, advising on risk before, during, and after AI deployment. Her Python proficiency gives her genuine technical credibility in this space. She works with clients across the full AI adoption lifecycle, from pre deployment risk assessment through implementation oversight and ongoing compliance monitoring.

Mauricio Pastorini is the CEO and co-Founder  of Somnio Software, an AI-native digital product agency ranked by Google among the world’s top five Flutter development firms, with more than 100 professionals across the US, Latin America and Europe. Since 2019, he has grown Somnio without outside capital into a trusted partner for companies such as Google, Nubank and Huawei, shipping more than 170 digital products along the way.

In 2024, Mauricio led Somnio’s transformation into an AI-native company, and the shift shows up in the numbers. Delivery that once took six months now takes a week, and those gains came from retraining the existing team, not cutting it. After years of steady 30% annual growth, Somnio grew 40% in 2025 and is projecting 75% growth in 2026, driven largely by its existing client base. Today it serves  from global enterprises to venture-backed startups.
