14th Annual ACG Minnesota BOLD Awards

The 2026 BOLD Awards are designed to honor and recognize innovation, bold visions, and inspirational moves made by leaders in Minnesota’s business community. These awards celebrate individuals and their teams—including M&A professionals, private equity investors, business owners, investment bankers, lawyers, bankers, and others—who have made significant contributions to positively grow, restructure, or enhance their companies for the benefit of all stakeholders.

Nominations will be considered from each organization category (by gross revenue):

Small and Growing ($0-$20 million in revenue)
Middle Market ($20-$250 million in revenue)
Large and Established ($250 million+ in revenue)
BOLDest Leader of the Year - The Boldest leader of the year award is a prestigious recognition given to an individual who has demonstrated exceptional courage, innovation, and leadership in their field. This award honors leaders who have fearlessly pursued their visions, taken calculated risks, and achieved remarkable accomplishments while inspiring others. The recipient of this award is someone who embodies BOLDness, resilience, and the ability to make a positive impact on society.
BOLDest Transaction of the Year -The transaction of the year award recognizes a notable financial transaction that has had a significant impact on the business world. This prestigious award is given to transactions that demonstrate exceptional strategic planning, innovation, and successful execution. It celebrates deals that have brought about positive outcomes, such as mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, joint ventures, or other financial transactions that have transformed industries or companies. This award highlights the expertise and foresight of the individuals or organizations involved in shaping the transition’s success.
BOLD Inspiration: Community Involvement - The community involvement award honors businesses and nonprofits that demonstrate outstanding commitment to strengthening Minnesota through philanthropy and Corporate Social Responsibility. Nominees may be recognized for volunteering, organizing community events, providing vital support to those in need, or leading initiatives that improve quality of life. Whether through individual organizational efforts or powerful partnerships, this award celebrates community impact that inspires.

This program celebrates the corporate leaders and teams that are behind successful mergers and acquisitions, financing and extraordinary strategies that lead to sustainability, remarkable performance and/or accelerated growth across all industries and size including not for profits. The judging process is intense and thorough, to whittle all nominations down to 18 finalists across 6 categories.
