Course Overview: Our 90-Minute Improv for Wellness & Leadership Workshop helps attorneys, CPAs, financial  advisors, and other professional service providers bring play into leadership and professional  performance. Using improv techniques, participants strengthen creativity, collaboration, problem-solving, and presentation skills—all while improving teamwork, communication, and  leadership impact.

In today’s fast-paced, tech-driven world, essential skills like eye contact, active listening, and  collaboration are often overlooked. This workshop shows how to bring them back into play,  making team dynamics smoother, communication clearer, and leadership more effective.  Improv works because it embraces the idea that there’s no “wrong” answer. While not everything in law, accounting, or finance can be improvised, the mindset of building on ideas  instead of shutting them down is a powerful way to tackle complex problems and lead with  confidence. That’s the essence of “Yes, and…”

Departments like Legal, Accounting, Tax, and Finance are often seen as the “No” departments.  By adopting a “Yes, and…” approach, teams can shift that perception, spark creativity, and  encourage collaboration. When people feel heard and supported, they engage more, innovate  more, and lead more effectively—both internally and with clients.
