Location:

Once women enter the workforce and climb the ladder in executive leadership, it can be a responsibility to be accessible for other women and help them permeate the leadership realm. It’s also important to know there is not just one seat at the table for one woman – there are multiple seats at the table. How can we find the right sponsors and mentors to support women on this journey and speak up? What does it mean to continue to have other women’s backs as they make their way into senior roles?  How do we make an impact on the Boards of these companies?

November 18: Building Trust between PE Firms & Portfolio Companies

Hosts: Tassie Oswald, Principal, Eureka Equity & Ellen Purdy, CFO, Outseer
Location:
St Davids Golf Club, Radnor, PA

Join us to discuss public attitudes toward private equity and the strategies and challenges of private equity firms in building trust with portfolio companies.  How has public opinion of private equity deals, like Payless, impacted the middle market and closely held business view points on selling to private equity.
