Brian O’Neill is the founder and CEO of Recovery Centers of America (“RCA”), an innovative behavioral healthcare company focused on the treatment of substance use and mental health disorders. RCA is opening full service centers for addiction medicine with top medical professionals to help treat those suffering from the alcohol and drug epidemic spreading across the country. Mr. O’Neill is the founder and CEO of O’Neill Properties Group, a diversified Real Estate and Private Equity Company. Brian is an expert on the subject of planning, renovating, zoning and developing real estate. O’Neill Properties Group has created a vast commercial, residential, medical, hospitality and retail real estate enterprise.

Mr. O’Neill was named Citizen of the Year by the PenJerDel Council, Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young and the Philadelphia Business Journal and has been a member of the board of trustees of The Episcopal Academy, Faith in the Future, and the Rosemont School of the Holy Child, Rosemont. Mr. O’Neill is also involved in several other education charities.

In 2012, Mr. O’Neill organized and led the efforts of Faith in the Future to privatize the 17 Catholic High Schools in the Philadelphia region. These schools are now the largest private high school system in the world-serving almost 14,000 students.
