Strategic Acquirers' Network Presents:
Tech-Inspired M&A Roundtable:
Acquiring digital capabilities to enhance organic growth
followed by the ACG Wine Tasting
Acquisitions that enable or enhance a company’s digital capabilities are part of an intensifying M&A trend globally. Growth strategies for historically non-high tech industries now include the acquisition of progressive, technical companies in order to stay ahead of innovation requirements. Examples of this digital disruption include:
  • Automotive companies buying autonomous vehicle capabilities; Industrials → smart-building technologies;  Banking → FinTech; Consumer Goods → Apps and other digital platforms and several additional scenarios
accenture.pngOur speaker and discussion leader, Gregg Albert, Managing Director, Accenture Strategy – Global Mergers & Acquisitions, has thoroughly studied this topic and will help us better understand how to assess and execute these transactions differently in order to maximize the value.
Following the discussion, our corporate executives are invited to join the annual ACG Philadelphia Private Equity Wine Tasting, where regional PE firms pour a selection of hand-selected wines to vie for the winner's trophy.
It's a must-attend event for the venue, networking and great wine.
