Private credit has become a dominant source of financing for middle-market companies, but today’s market is testing how resilient that growth really is. Higher rates, refinancing pressure, liquidity constraints, and borrower-specific stress are creating new questions for lenders, sponsors, advisors, and investors.
This panel will explore what is happening beneath the surface of private credit portfolios — from shadow defaults and liability management exercises to redemption gates, PIK structures, and widening performance gaps across the middle market.

Cancellations received via email at least 3 business days from the event will be granted a refund, less a $25 administrative fee.
