Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted until:

1. 7/11/2025 for a full refund 

2. 8/8/2025 for a refund minus a $75 processing fee

No refunds will be given after August 8, 2025; however, attendee substitutions will be accepted until 10/6/2025.
