ACG San Diego Welcomes Jason A. Femrite to the Board

San Diego, CA- October 4, 2017 – The San Diego Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG San Diego) is pleased to announce that Jason A. Femrite, Partner at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, was elected to serve on its Board of Directors.  Jason has been a Member for the past 6 years and instrumental over the span serving on the organization’s Membership Committee.

Jason represents both private and publicly held companies, fund and investment firms in a wide range of transactions from structure and formation to capitalization and finance, and sale and acquisition. Working from Procopio’s Del Mar Heights office in the heart of San Diego County’s innovation sector, Jason has represented clients in investment capital and corporate sales transactions totaling in the hundreds of millions of dollars in a wide range of industries, including biotechnology, software and online services, action sports, financial institutions, clean tech and manufacturing. He has a Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent Rating, and has been named to the San Diego Magazine “Top Lawyers” list five years running. He has a BA from University of California San Diego and a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law.
