4:30 pm - 6:30 pm I Madison Centre (Davis Wright Tremaine) - 37th Floor Rooftop, 920 5th Ave, Seattle (2 blocks away from the Fairmont)

Heavy appetizers and drinks provided. Please wear light casual attire and bring a hat and sunglasses. It will be a warm day!

MEETINGS

1:1 meetings are scheduled throughout the day. Please access your detailed meeting schedule in the conference platform. The following is an overview of designated meeting space: 

  • Garden: Designated for PE firms only and their 1:1 meetings
  • Congress: Designated for general attendees and their 1:1 meetings
  • Mezzanine Level and Assembly Row: Designated rooms assigned to specifics sponsors and their 1:1 meetings
  • Foyer and Assembly Row: Additional open meetings space

A downloadable version of the Attendee List is available in the scheduling software under the Attendees tab.

 

SCHEDULING SOFTWARE
Our custom ACG Seattle scheduling software will be available for conference attendees to schedule 1:1 meetings. The deadline to request meetings is July 23 at 5:00 p.m. PST.  Attendees may continue to request meetings up until the event however, you may find that firms have a full schedule. The scheduling software will be available throughout the event to access your schedule and view the attendee list.  Your meeting schedule will be printed on the back of your badge for easy reference.
