Cesar Costa

Cesar Costa

Somnio Software

Cesar Costa is a product and business advisor at Somnio Software, a digital product agency ranked by Google among the world's top five Flutter development firms, with operations across the US, Latin America and Europe. Somnio has shipped more than 170 digital products in seven years, giving Cesar a perspective from the execution side of the technology conversation: the work that begins after the investment thesis is approved.

He works at the intersection of business strategy, digital products and AI, with a current focus on what happens after adoption. As AI tools become broadly accessible, Cesar believes the technology itself is becoming less of a differentiator than what organizations build around it: how they redesign workflows, define outcomes, evaluate quality and keep human judgment in the loop. Industry data points to the same tension: AI is accelerating delivery throughput, but those gains don't automatically translate into delivery stability or sustainable productivity.

For investors and business leaders, that gap matters: it's the difference between a company that genuinely became more productive and one that just got busier.
