Ari Roloff has over 20 years of experience in management, consulting, and business development across public and private sectors. 

Throughout his career, Ari has led market-facing initiatives that drive firm visibility, enhance client engagement, and strengthen business development strategies. At Kaufman Rossin, he works across service lines to deliver value to key clients, leveraging a client-centric approach that focuses on understanding their business needs, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

He has advised C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and established companies on growth, compliance, and operational performance, serving as a trusted connector in South Florida’s business and finance communities. Prior to joining Kaufman Rossin, Ari held leadership roles in national professional services and consulting firms, focused on relationship management, business development, and strategic advisory.

Active in the community, Ari is President Emeritus at the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) South Florida and has sat on the Board of Governors for Nova Southeastern University’s H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship. He is also a past board member of the Miami Finance Forum, where he supported collaboration among finance professionals.

Ari earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University.

Reggie Zachariah, focuses his practice on private equity transactions; mergers and acquisitions; corporate restructurings and counseling boards and senior management on strategic business, corporate formation and governance, financial and transactional matters. Reggie’s specific industry experience includes health care technology and services, education, insurance, manufacturing, franchises, retail, and infrastructure. Prior to law school he was a financial analyst, focusing on mergers & acquisitions for a public company.
