Ari Roloff is the director of business development for Crowe: a top ten provider of accounting, advisory, audit and tax services. Ari is responsible for developing market-facing initiatives in the Southeast and heads up the private equity channel that builds Crowes brand and provides – both for the firm and its clients – opportunities for growth. 

Ari spends a significant amount of time developing business relationships in the healthcare and private equity space to identify and cultivate successful client and referral opportunities. To that end, he actively participates in organizations that support entrepreneurship and the finance community such as the association for corporate growth where he is the immediate past President and currently serves on the board. Ari’s experience working with emerging and established healthcare companies has made him a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and organizations seeking advice on growing their businesses and developing their internal resources.

 Ari has nearly 16 years of experience in management of both public and private company consulting services and sales teams as well as professional service marketing and business development in all industries.  Before his time at Crowe Ari was the National Director of another top ten advisory firm.

Ilenna J. Stein

Holland & Knight

Ilenna J. Stein is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office, and she is a member of the firm's Healthcare & Life Sciences Team. Ms. Stein advises clients in various sectors of the healthcare industry on healthcare regulatory matters, fraud, abuse and compliance matters, and corporate transactional matters.

In particular, she counsels pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical and dental device manufacturers, pharmacies (retail, specialty, long-term care, mail order and compounding), pharmacy benefits managers, dialysis companies, physician groups, home health agencies, private duty companies, healthcare technology companies, insurers and wholesale drug distributors. Specifically, Ms. Stein provides regulatory guidance and advice on matters concerning compliance with the federal Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), Stark, Medicare, Medicaid, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Physician Payments Sunshine Act (Sunshine Act), Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM), and other federal and state healthcare laws. Ms. Stein also has experience assisting clients in drafting policies and procedures as well as in implementing compliance programs.

Ms. Stein advises clients in a variety of corporate and contractual healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing matters and structuring transactions. Ms. Stein directly represents buyers and sellers in corporate transactions and advises private equity firms investing in the healthcare space. In addition, she counsels insurers and lenders underwriting representation and warranty (R&W) insurance or loaning funds, respectively, in connection with healthcare transactions. She also has experience handling, responding to, and successfully appealing Medicare and state Medicaid payment audits, as well as HIPAA investigations by the Office for Civil Rights (OCR). In addition, Ms. Stein provides healthcare regulatory advice to educational clients, such as colleges and independent schools, on matters concerning healthcare.

Ms. Stein is the co-chair of the Diversity Committee at Holland & Knight's Boston office.

Chris Fieschko

Mr. Fieschko is a seasoned corporate finance professional, bringing over 9 years of wide-ranging experience in investment banking and equity research. Throughout this period, Mr. Fieschko has advised on a number (25+) of strategic and financing transactions ranging from $20mm to $1bn+ in transaction size. Most recently, Mr. Fieschko served as a Vice President at Marlin & Associates, located in Midtown Manhattan, advising clients in the fintech, software, and data & analytics spaces; however, his prior experiences include positions at middle market shops such as Raymond James and Jefferies, where he gained valuable experience covering both tech & services and healthcare.

Mr. Fieschko double majored at Cornell University, graduating with a B.S. in both Microbiology and Finance, and was a prominent member of their varsity sprint football team. He is a registered securities professional and holds the Series 79 and 63 licenses.

Mr. Fieschko was born and raised in Southern California and is an avid fan of sports teams hailing from Los Angeles. In his spare time, Mr. Fieschko also enjoys golfing, fishing, watching motorsports, and cooking for friends and family.

Jamie Elias

Jamie leads the firm’s non-control investment strategies through the Trivest Growth Investment Fund. He joined Trivest in 1997 and is involved in all aspects of the firm, including the origination of investment opportunities, completing acquisitions, portfolio oversight and firm management. In addition, Jamie manages transaction execution at Trivest. He is a member of Trivest’s Investment Committee and serves as a Chairman or Board Member of numerous Trivest companies including GetixHealth and Northfield Industries. Prior to joining Trivest, Jamie served as a senior accountant in the Audit and Business Advisory Group of PwC, Miami. He received his B.S., magna cum laude, from Boston College and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Josh M. Weber

MBF Healthcare Partners
Managing Director

Josh Weber is the Managing Director at MBF Healthcare Partners. He joined the firm in 2017 and is responsible for many aspects of the firm’s investment activities including thesis development, portfolio company monitoring, executive search initiatives, as well as sourcing, evaluating and consummating acquisition opportunities for MBF’s portfolio of companies. Josh works closely with executive teams to assist in meeting their respective growth strategies and leads the deal origination team for MBF and the firm’s portfolio companies. Josh is a member of the Board of Directors of Carisk Partners.

Prior to joining MBF, Josh was Vice President at a buy-side healthcare investment bank located in Miami, FL where he was focused entirely on sourcing acquisitions in the healthcare industry.

Josh received a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Economics at Miami University, OH.

Jeffrey Schillinger

DermCare Management
CEO

In April 2002, Mr. Schillinger co-founded EDCare, which was an Emergency Medicine physician practice management company, and served as its Chief Executive Officer. As a result of a recap with BPOC in 2008, EDCare merged with Sterling Healthcare, to create Hospital Physician Partners (“HPP”).  Mr. Schillinger led the growth of HPP, into one of the largest privately held physician practice management companies in the country which was subsequently sold to Schumacher Group, an Onex Corporation portfolio company.  One year later he co-founded DermCare Management, Inc. in September 2016. Today DermCare manages over 60 clinics and is one of the fastest growing Dermatology platform companies in the country.

 

Prior to his work with HPP, and starting in 1994, Mr. Schillinger served as President and CFO of ECS Holdings (“ECS”), another leading physician practice management group. Mr. Schillinger served on the Board of Directors for almost 10 years of Dental One Partners, a 150+ practice Dental Service Corporation backed by MSD Capital. Mr. Schillinger graduated from the State University of New York with a degree in Economics and Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.
