Valerio Forte is a seasoned private equity and finance executive with deep experience in deal sourcing, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and business development. He is a Partner and Co-Founder of ProFondas Capital, a lower middle-market private investment firm, and previously led the Miami-based North American Business Development Team at H.I.G. Capital. Earlier in his career, Valerio held senior roles in credit and acquisition finance with Credit Agricole and UBS across London, Zurich, and New York. He is also actively involved with ACG South Florida, currently serving as President of the chapter and helping advance its mission to connect and support the region’s middle-market M&A community.

His contributions included co-authoring client research on critical topics such as labor market dynamics and fiscal policy.

Jonathan Ablett is an Executive Director at S&P Global.  He leads a cross-functional team of analytics experts and data engineers who build, maintain, and augment analytic models that support both ongoing economic forecast and risk efforts, and bespoke client deliverables.  The team is also responsible for scaling and developing new products in the area of scenario analysis, supply chain visibility and critical mineral outlooks.  His team has won CEO-level recognition for the impact and quality of their work.  

Prior to working at S&P, Mr. Ablett worked with McKinsey & Company's Strategy Practice and the McKinsey Global Institute, where he specialized in economic and strategic analysis for both private and public sector clients.  His client work was been concentrated in the public, infrastructure, energy & materials and consumer sectors.

Mr. Ablett has published several white papers on global economic scenarios, the emerging middle class in China and India, and a monthly Global Economics Intelligence report for clients on U.S. economic developments.
