Hallie Berk serves as a Vice President at Candlewood Partners and is based in the firm’s Delray Beach office, where she focuses on executing middle market transactions and building relationships across the capital markets. Hallie plays an active role in cultivating and expanding relationships with the firm’s network of lenders and financial sponsors—bringing new opportunities to market and aligning clients with the right capital and strategic partners. 

At Candlewood, Hallie supports the firm’s core advisory verticals—capital raising, restructuring advisory, lender services, and M&A execution—serving the needs of private businesses, small cap public companies, private equity and independent sponsors, and private credit lenders.  

 Prior to joining Candlewood, Hallie worked as an investment banker specializing in healthcare M&A. She brings a diverse background that combines deal execution with strategic and operational experience from roles driving marketing and brand strategy within operating companies.
