Shari Dingle (Sandifer) Costantini, RN, MBA, is a renowned expert in the healthcare industry, with 29 years of experience in strategic leadership, nursing and international nurse staffing. As a registered nurse and accomplished business owner in healthcare staffing, she offers a unique perspective and keen insights into a wide range of issues affecting medical staff today and is an authoritative source on issues concerning international workers.

Costantini is a strong advocate for creating supportive work environments in which healthcare workers will thrive and improve patient outcomes. Her company, Avant Healthcare Professionals, has placed more than 1,500 international nurses, physical therapists and occupational therapists throughout the U.S. The company, which has grown 40 percent annually since inception, is recognized as an industry leader and innovator in healthcare staffing.

Avant was a founding member of the American Association of International Healthcare Recruitment. Through AAIHR Costantini actively lobbies Congress for immigration reform to allow a consistent flow of highly skilled healthcare professionals. She belongs to numerous professional organizations and she has authored various articles and blogs. Costantini is on the Rollins College Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship and the Central Florida Foundation boards, Immediate Past-Chair of Orlando, Inc., and Chair of Regulatory Affairs for AAIHR.

John Caple

John is Founding Managing Partner at Hidden Harbor, chairs the firm’s Investment Committee, and sets the overall strategic direction for the firm. John has over twenty years of private equity investment and operational experience driving complex business turnarounds and producing top tier investment returns. 

Prior to founding Hidden Harbor, John served as a Partner at Comvest Partners, where he was a leader in the firm’s equity fund, a member of the Executive Committee, and oversaw investments in U.S. Pipe, Sunteck Transportation Group, Innovative Hearth Products and Haggen.

Prior to Comvest, John was an investment professional with H.I.G. Capital. John started his career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company where he led strategy engagements for various Fortune 500 Companies and due diligence assignments for some of the largest private equity funds in both the United States and Europe.

John holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Matthew Joblove

Matthew Joblove is a Vice President at Sun Capital Partners.  Mr. Joblove is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including transaction sourcing, structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing strategies. 

Prior to joining Sun Capital Partners in 2013, Mr. Joblove was an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Joblove graduated with distinction from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual-concentration in Finance and Accounting.

Valentina Midura

Ms. Midura is a Co-Founder and Senior Managing Director at BDO Capital Advisors with more than 20 years of investment banking experience. Ms. Midura advises privately-held and family-owned businesses with transaction structures including leveraged recapitalizations, shareholder transitions, management buy-outs, exclusive sales, corporate divestitures and private placements. Ms. Midura has closed transactions in a variety of industry segments including Manufacturing & Distribution, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Business Services and Technology, Media & Telecom. Geographically, Ms. Midura is focused on managing BDO Capital’s relationships and clientele along the Eastern Seaboard.

Prior to joining BDO Capital in 2002, Ms. Midura served as a Director at Andersen Global Corporate Finance, LLP, a middle market investment banking firm. While at Andersen, Ms. Midura was responsible for developing the firm’s investment banking Products Group where she had a particular focus on clients within the Manufacturing and Distribution sectors. In addition, Ms. Midura was a key architect in the firm's Technology Group, developing its go to market strategy and contributing to the firm's growth across a variety of technology sectors including software, hardware and IT services.

Paul J Vogt

Located in PCE’s Atlanta office, Paul leads the firm’s valuation practice.  Paul has more than 20 years of consulting and valuation experience, focusing on the valuation of public and privately held businesses, business interests, intangible assets, intellectual property, and related matters for purposes of financial statement reporting, corporate planning, tax planning, litigation support, and other purposes.

Paul has been primarily focused on providing intangible asset purchase price allocation, goodwill and long-lived asset impairment testing analyses for financial statement reporting purposes pursuant to FASB ASC 805, 350, and 360, and valuing equity securities issued as compensation pursuant to FASB ASC 718 / IRC 409A. In addition, Paul has extensive experience in the valuation of privately held equity securities in complex financial structures, convertible debt, performance and market-based equity awards, warrants with price protection features, embedded derivatives, and contingent consideration for financial statement reporting and other purposes.

With his broad experience, Paul has advised public and private companies, private equity firms and their investors, nonprofits, attorneys, and government agencies in valuation, investment, and other financial consulting matters across multiple industries including technology companies focused in information services, ecommerce, social media, and cloud/SaaS, healthcare companies consisting of hospitals, physician practices, and medical clinics, manufacturing, consumer product retailers, and automotive retailers just to name a few. Paul also has prior experience in litigation support in shareholder disputes, marital dissolution and civil and criminal investigations.
