Vera Nieuwland is a Director in Kaufman Rossin’s business consulting services practice, leading the service line for Digital Transformation. She has over 15 years of experience in digital transformation across industries including retail, manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, technology, and private equity.

Prior to working at Kaufman Rossin, Vera was a director at a big four consulting firm leading projects related to digital growth strategies, business model innovation, and customer experience. Most recently, she led the Strategy & Insights team for an e-commerce technology startup, building a next-gen commerce platform and driving the growth of a portfolio of digital native brands.

She earned her Master of Science in Mathematical Finance and Business Economics and her Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from the University of Amsterdam.

Tom Brodsky is a managing director at Harlan Capital Partners, where he leads investor relations, fundraising, and the fund’s financial and operational management. He also contributes to portfolio oversight, compliance, strategic initiatives, and team development. 

Prior to joining Harlan in 2022, Mr. Brodsky was a Finance Manager at Riverstone Holdings, where he was responsible for fund operations and investor reporting for the firm’s credit platform, Riverstone Credit Partners. Earlier in his career, he was with Ernst & Young’s Wealth and Asset Management practice, auditing private equity and hedge funds for institutional clients. 

Mr. Brodsky holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
