Jacob Friedman works as a Principal at FMI Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank. In his role, Jacob is involved with all stages of the transaction process, including deal origination, project due diligence, financial analysis, producing marketing materials and targeted outreach. In addition, Jacob is a Jupiter native in South Florida who spends his time-off golfing and fishing.

Nick Lyons began his career in finance over 20 years ago as an equities trader in Tokyo, Japan before pivoting to the world of wealth management and exit planning. He now runs a boutique deal origination firm called Strategic Exit Advisors out of West Palm Beach that specializes in connecting founders with private equity and strategic buyers.
