Blake Baynham

The Fountain
Founder

Blake Baynham is the founder of The Fountain, a performance, longevity, and health risk management clinic focused on advanced diagnostics and disciplined execution. The Fountain works with high-performing individuals and executives to identify risk early through tools like advanced MRI imaging, genetic analysis, biological age testing, and comprehensive bloodwork, then supports thoughtful, evidence-based intervention when appropriate.

Blake is also the creator of QEP (Quantum Executive Protocol), a decision-governance system designed to sit above diagnostics and providers. QEP governs escalation, restraint, timing, and accountability over time, helping executives navigate high-stakes health decisions with the same discipline they apply to capital allocation, risk management, and long-horizon strategy in business.

Blake’s work sits at the intersection of healthcare, governance, and performance, with a long-term vision of making decision integrity (not just information) central to how health decisions are made at the highest levels.
