Associate Director

David Dreher brings over a decade of experience as a tax advisor working in public accounting and tax consulting in the South Florida and New York markets. David currently works as an Associate Director in the Transaction Tax practice at Riveron, where he guides clients through the buy-side and sell-side due diligence processes, provides tax structuring and modeling services, and advises on post-transaction considerations following a deal closing. 

He has significant experience working with both publicly owned and privately held companies across a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and consumer goods, with a focus on private equity owned operating companies. 

David is a graduate of the University of Florida and is a licensed CPA in Florida and New York.

Solutions Analyst

Maria is a solutions analyst at Omniangle Technologies. Omniangle provides cyber threat intelligence, information security, diligence, digital compliance, and tech operations support to organizations in the private sector and U.S. government. Maria has a background in cyber intelligence, business intelligence, and due diligence. Maria previously worked at Eastbay and holds a B.S. in International Business from Johnson & Wales University, where she also played for four years on their soccer team. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, soccer, golf, and fostering animals.
