Please join young professionals from across the YACG South Florida community for an informal gathering to connect over coffee.  YACG South Florida represents the next generation of business leaders and deal-makers in the mergers & acquisitions industry and focuses on connecting young professionals in the middle-market with the resources needed for professional growth and development.

Associate Attorney
Megan Kypke is an Associate Attorney at Silverman Schermer, PLLC, where her practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters, including middle market mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contract drafting and negotiation.
 
Megan earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated cum laude with a concentration in Transactional Law, was a Dean's List honoree, and served on the executive board of the Business Law Society. Prior to law school, she completed a dual degree program at Harding University, earning both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration, a foundation that informs her practical, business-minded approach to client work.
 
Megan is committed to the growth of the South Florida legal and business community and is passionate about creating spaces where young professionals can build meaningful connections.

Maria Salas

Omniangle Technologies
Solutions Analyst

Maria is a solutions analyst at Omniangle Technologies. Omniangle provides cyber threat intelligence, information security, diligence, digital compliance, and tech operations support to organizations in the private sector and U.S. government. Maria has a background in cyber intelligence, business intelligence, and due diligence. Maria previously worked at Eastbay and holds a B.S. in International Business from Johnson & Wales University, where she also played for four years on their soccer team. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, soccer, golf, and fostering animals.
