Employee Benefits Producer

Patricia is an Employee Benefits Consultant at USI Insurance Services, one of the nation’s largest insurance brokerage and risk management firms. Based in Miami, she partners with middle-market companies to design and benchmark benefits programs with a focus on cost containment and long-term strategy.

In M&A, Patricia supports deal teams and portfolio companies through due diligence, benefits harmonization, and post-close integration. USI’s national platform and proprietary analytics give clients enterprise-level resources with a hands-on advisory approach.
