Daniel Mazloum is a commercial and real estate banker at Regions Bank, advising middle-market companies ($10MM–$250MM revenue) across Broward and Palm Beach. With prior experience at BankUnited and Ernst & Young (EY), he brings a strong credit foundation and an entrepreneurial lens to every relationship. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Daniel is actively engaged in the community, leading Emerge Broward, serving on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, and the Young Professionals Committee of ACG. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys off-roading and martial arts, and has a keen interest in cars, classic style, house music, and the arts.

Rick Thill is an Executive Director and Market Team Lead at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. In his leadership role, Rick oversees a group of specialists who advise some of the wealthiest families, business owners and entrepreneurs in Greater Broward County. He plays an influential part in driving J.P. Morgan’s business impact and growth in the community. 

Rick and his team deliver investments, estate planning, lending, asset management and philanthropic capabilities to help clients and their families steward wealth, and more importantly, live rewarding lives. He is known for his naturally collaborative manner, which fosters his ability to add value across the financial spectrum. Rick guides each individual through a structured process designed to formulate a strategic wealth plan charted toward long-term goals. He attributes his professional accomplishments over the last 25+ years to the reputation he has earned as a trusted advisor, problem solver and personal friend to those he works with. 

Over the course of his distinguished career, Rick has risen to leadership positions through persistence and a tenacious work ethic. Before joining J.P. Morgan, he was a Senior Vice President and Corporate Banking Relationship Manager at Bank United, catering to the needs of middle market and institutional clients in the Fort Lauderdale area. Rick served in a similar capacity at SunTrust Bank, where he was a three-time Commercial Banking Manager of the Year. He was also a Senior Relationship Manager at GE Capital and a member of the rigorous Executive Management Training Program at CitiCapital. 

Rick earned a B.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University. 

Deeply proud of the service men and women in his lineage, Rick is a mentor for Mission United, a nonprofit connecting returning combat veterans to community resources that help ease their transitions home. He is also a board member of the Deerfield Beach Economic Development Council

Tax Market Managing Principal

Danny serves as the Florida Market Managing Principal. He has more than 13 years of experience delivering corporate and tax accounting services to publicly traded and privately held clients across a range of industries. Danny has developed extensive knowledge in the areas of income tax compliance and income tax accounting under both US GAAP and IFRS.

Danny has extensive experience in federal, international, and state tax compliance and consulting, including corporate taxation, ASC 740, consolidated returns, partnerships, and multinational taxation. He also has experience implementing tax-advantageous strategies, assisting with complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and advising on tax accounting methods.
