Justin Femmer is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and a Partner within CFGI’s leadership team who brings over 18 years of experience in professional services, technology innovation, and business growth strategy.
As a strategic leader, Justin has co-led AI commercial strategy and drove operational transformations across multiple industries. He has extensive experience launching and scaling service offerings both domestically and internationally, building partnerships with leading companies, and implementing innovative solutions to drive growth.
Prior to joining CFGI, Justin was a Partner at PwC where he focused on developing and executing go-to-market strategies across diverse markets. He has demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration across organizations to deliver comprehensive solutions for complex business challenges.
As CCO at CFGI, Justin leads growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and technology innovation, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and operational transformation. He works closely with the office of the CFO and CEO to deliver adaptable service models that meet the evolving needs of clients across industries and lifecycle stages.

Dr. Prasun Mishra is a seasoned biotech and pharmaceutical leader with over 25 years of experience spanning research, clinical development, and commercialization. He has held senior roles at Genentech and Roche, contributing to major advances in oncology, immuno-oncology, and drug development, helping bring multiple blockbuster therapies from bench to bedside.
A globally recognized scientist, Dr. Mishra has authored numerous publications and patents, received 40+ prestigious awards, delivered 50+ keynote and invited talks, and earned multiple honors including two NCI Director’s Innovation Awards, one personally conferred by Nobel Laureate Dr. Harold Varmus.
Beyond industry and academia, Dr. Mishra is a serial entrepreneur and investor. He is Co-Founder & CEO of Longevica Therapeutics, Founder of Agility Pharmaceuticals, and Co-Founder of Precision BioPharma, all leveraging AI to advance drug discovery, longevity, and antiviral therapies. He also serves as Founding President of the American Association for Precision Medicine and advises venture, private equity, and innovation programs across healthcare and life sciences.
