Craig Lilly is a leading legal advisor for private equity and strategic clients on domestic and cross-border technology acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, auctions, leveraged buyouts and minority investments. Craig’s practice includes advising emerging technology companies on venture capital financings, corporate governance, public offerings and joint ventures. He also represents fund sponsors in connection with structuring and organizing investment funds, parallel investment vehicles, and offshore funds.
Craig frequently writes and lectures on legal and business issues regarding mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and corporate finance. He has been quoted in, or contributed to, articles and features in Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, The Deal Magazine, Reuters, CFO.com and other major publications. He is a member of the Board of Directors of The Association for Corporate Growth – Silicon Valley and an Advisor to Financial Executives International – Silicon Valley Chapter.

FATIMA ALAM, Executive Director @ Woodside Capital Partners
Fatima, an Executive Director at Woodside Capital Partners, leverages her 15+ years of experience as a technology executive and M&A advisor with expertise accelerating growth in HR Tech and Cybersecurity, counsels founders and boards on strategic financing and exits.
Previously, as Head of Product Strategy and M&A at UKG, Fatima closed more than $1.5 billion in acquisitions under H&F, Blackstone, and JMI ownership and led post‑merger integration after the $22 billion H&F‑sponsored combination of Ultimate Software and Kronos.
She has also negotiated and launched high‑impact product partnerships with Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Salesforce, generating $250 million in new revenue.
Fatima is also an Advisory Council Member of the Harvard Business Review.

SHIRI SHENHAV, Partner Transactions Department and M&A Group @ MoFo
Shiri Shenhav is a partner in the Transactions Department and the Mergers + Acquisitions Group based in Palo Alto. Shiri maintains a corporate transactional practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions and equity investments in the technology industry for public and private companies.
Shiri regularly assists strategic buyers and private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including deal structuring and mechanics, stock and asset purchases, mergers, divestitures, and spin-offs. Shiri also regularly represents companies with respect to their equity investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions, as well as general corporate counseling.
As an accomplished attorney certified in California and in Israel, Shiri has extensive experience representing multinational corporations and funds in cross-border transactions involving Israeli aspects. She also co-leads the firm’s AI M&A Initiative.
