With hundreds of bankers and billions in transactions on the platform, Finalis is becoming the system of record for private market deals.

Before Finalis, Federico worked as an M&A attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, managing transactions for leading private equity firms and corporate clients. Vitaly Golomb, Managing Partner at Mavka Capital

Vitaly is Managing Partner at Mavka Capital and brings a unique perspective, having been on all sides of the table: founder, VC, and investment banker. He runs a seed-stage fund focused on embodied AI and robotics, and has led dozens of M&A and capital markets transactions across North America, Europe, and Asia through his work at HP's corporate venture arm and Drake Star.
