Ludi
Gail Peace is a health care executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of industry experience. Ludi’s signature software DocTime® is Gail’s brainchild, having developed the platform in response to a significant yet unmet need she identified during her years as a health system executive. Gail took Ludi from one client to now hundreds of hospital clients nationwide, including some of the largest health systems in America. Gail raised venture capital, closing a Series A round in 2014 after boot strapping Ludi for two years. In December 2023, Ludi closed on a round with Great Point Partners, a private equity firm based in Stanford, CT. At that time, Gail handed over the reins to her then COO, Danielle O’Rourke, who now leads Ludi as Chief Executive Officer. Gail is in an elite group of females that has raised both venture capital and private equity, when less than 2% of these investments is awarded to female-led organizations. Gail has been recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as a “Female Health Care IT Leader to Know” multiple times. She was also named one of Nashville Business Journal’s “Women of Influence” in 2021 and is part of the Nashville Health Care Council Fellows Class of 2022. Gail is an accomplished speaker, having presented at conferences all over the country for various health care initiatives.
