
Please note that your association's Annual General Meeting is taking place on Thursday, June 26, 2025, and your attendance is requested.
This year's meeting will be held at DLA Piper (Suite 5100, Bay Adelaide - West Tower, 333 Bay Street, Toronto, ON) from 4:30-5:30 PM ET, in order:
1. TO ELECT one (1) director in accordance with General Bylaw No. 1;
2. TO RECEIVE and consider the financial statements of the Corporation for the year ended February 28, 2025, together with the reports of the directors and the auditors thereon;
3. TO APPOINT auditors and to authorize the directors to fix their remuneration;
4. TO TRANSACT such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
The AGM is free for current members. Please join us at the DLA Piper offices OR you may attend the AGM virtually. If you are able to attend, please RSVP by Friday, June 20, 2025 by emailing our Chapter Executive, Sarah Eidt at toronto@acg.org.
If you are unable to join us on June 26th, please fill out the Proxy Form and send the finished copy to toronto@acg.org by June 25, 2025.
