FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. REGISTRATION OPEN – The online registration is now open. Please register now, as this event tends to sell out early.
2. CAPACITY – This event has capacity limits, and we expect to sell out in advance. If you want to attend after registration has closed, you will be added to the waitlist.
3. FOOD & BEVERAGE - Light appetizers will be served, along with beverages.
4. PRICING – The Total price of the ticket will include 3% processing fees and HST.
5. ACG MEMBERS PRICING – ACG members – from any ACG chapter in North America – can register at the preferred member rate, which will provide a minimum savings of 30% off the non-member price.
6. CANCELLATION OR REFUND – ACG charges an administration fee of 50% of the ticket price for any cancellations requested by email less than 5 days to 48 hours prior to the event. All other cancellations received by email 7+ days in advance will be reviewed by ACG staff for a refund, less a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be available within 48 hours prior to the event.
