Seating will be limited! Register early for discounted rates. Now until 12Noon on Wed. April 19th: ACG Member Rate @ $50./Non-Member Rate @ $85. Late Registration Rates begin @ 12:01PM on Wed. April 19th and will be available thru 5PM on Mon. April 24th (or until we sell out): ACG Member Rate @ $60./Non-Member Rate @ $95. We will no longer accept day-of registrations or walk-ins. Only individuals who register by the aforementioned deadlines (or until we sell out) will have a seat at this lunch.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgasa@acg.org by 5PM the day before the event will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5PM the day before the event. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.   

ACG Austin/San Antonio reserves the right to fill open seats at the event venues once the networking period has passed and the official event programming has begun. In rare instances this could mean that registered attendees arriving late will not have a seat readily available upon their arrival. In these instances ACG Austin/San Antonio will work to accommodate the attendee, and if not able to do so to the attendee's satisfaction, ACG Austin/San Antonio will refund their registration fee.

Your registration for this event acts as an audio/video release and includes your permission for ACG Austin/San Antonio to use your image and comments captured on audio, video or photographic formats while attending the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

Maria Zannes

Maria Zannes, CEO of

Ms. Zannes brings more than 30 years of executive-level management experience dedicated to defining and advancing company goals and overcoming obstacles impeding corporate success. Prior to her position at bioAffinity Technologies, Ms. Zannes founded The Zannes Firm focusing on strategic solutions for private industry in the medical, environmental and energy fields. In her current capacity as bioAffinity Technologies CEO and President, she has built a team of award-winning scientists and executives who are advancing breakthrough oncology-focused diagnostics and therapeutics. Ms. Zannes was President of the Energy Recovery Council, the national trade group for the $10 billion waste-to-energy industry, and General Manager of ECOS Corporation, a subsidiary of Burlington Environmental. Ms. Zannes also served as a project manager at Wheelabrator Technologies, Inc. where she led project teams that developed, negotiated and financed the company’s renewable energy generation facilities. Ms. Zannes began her career as a journalist, working for Voice of America and the Associated Press. Before entering the business world, she served as a legislative aide specializing in energy policy and law for Congressman Charles Wilson (D-TX). She is licensed to practice law in New Mexico. She has been awarded Lifetime Achievement Awards by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Earth Engineering Center Award from Columbia University’s Waste-to-Energy Research and Technology Council. She is the co-founder of two engineering research centers at Columbia University. Ms. Zannes received her B.A. in Journalism from the University of New Mexico and her J.D. from the University of Puget Sound in Washington State.
