Roy Graham, Managing Director & Principal at Corporate Finance Associates, & Jeff Gifford, the leader of Dykema's Corporate Finance Practice Group, will share their insights as to the current state of Middle Market deals.

Online registration is now closed (the RSVP deadline was Friday, Oct. 22nd). Walk-ins will be welcome, if space allows, at the following rates: ACG Member rate: $55, non-member rate: $90.    

 
This lunch will take place at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse at Quarry Market, 255 E Basse, San Antonio, TX 78209-8336. 
  
Self-parking is free and available in the lot in surrounding the restaurant.

In these instances ACG Austin/San Antonio will work to accommodate the attendee, and if not able to do so to the attendee's satisfaction, ACG Austin/San Antonio will refund their registration fee.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgasa@acg.org by 5PM, Oct. 25th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5PM on Oct. 25th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.

Roy Graham is Managing Director & Principal of Corporate Finance Associates “CFA”, a global middle-market investment bank founded in 1956. He has managed the firm’s San Antonio/Austin office since 1997 and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He is also a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Corporate Finance Securities, Inc. an affiliated FINRA registered broker-dealer.

Prior to joining CFA in 1997, Roy launched several startup companies and served in leadership capacities in each including one that reached Inc 500 ranking before it was sold to a large national acquirer. He has combined his deep experience in investment banking with his understanding of business from an owner’s perspective to produce solutions to challenging needs and to help his clients accomplish their goals.

Roy’s investment banking practice focuses on middle market companies. His decades of experience have included working in many industries on both domestic and cross-border transactions. He has worked with many family-owned businesses as well as more broadly owned private and public corporations to guide them through business sales, acquisitions and recapitalizations driven by various needs and objectives.

Roy has been involved in industry leadership for many years, having served as past president of the Austin/San Antonio chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth “ACG”, a global organization of 11,000+ members from private equity, investment banking, corporate development and other professions focused on M&A issues. He served on the ACG chapter board of directors for 16 years and the ACG global board of directors for 3 years.

Roy is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a BBA in finance from the Cox School of Business. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 79 and 99 securities licenses as well as a Texas real estate license.

Jeff Gifford is the leader of Dykema's Corporate Finance Practice Group. Mr. Gifford counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities transactions, domestic and international commercial transactions, specializing in heavily regulated industries, including the financial institutions, health care and petroleum industries. He works closely with accountants, investment bankers and other professionals to address and handle the complex issues that characteristically arise in transactions. Jeff also advises publicly traded and privately held companies on organizational restructuring and corporate governance matters. Additionally, Chambers USA 2021 ranked Jeff as one of the top eight lawyers in San Antonio.
