Lindsey Wendler

Lindsey Wendler is a Managing Director at 414 Capital, an international middle-market investment bank, where she leads the firm’s U.S. M&A advisory practice. She has more than 15 years of experience advising business owners and private equity firms on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Lindsey serves as Chair of the AM&AA National Advisory Council and is President Emeritus of the organization’s Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter. She also serves on the Board of Directors of ACG DFW and was named the 2026 D CEO/ACG DFW Investment Banker of the Year.
