As the first employee at Owner Resource Group, Melissa is uniquely qualified to speak to the ins and outs of growing a private equity firm and serving the business owner community. For the last 17 years, Melissa has led ORG’s Industry Group, which is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective investments. In addition to sourcing, Melissa is responsible for corporate development within the portfolio and sits on the ORG Investment Committee. Melissa lives in Austin, TX and spends her downtime as a part time, unpaid uber driver for her 3 daughters sports activities.
