Sara Maxwell

Sara Maxwell is a financial and operational executive with 25 years of experience with privately-held, PE-backed companies in the food and beverage and manufacturing space. She currently serves as the CFO and head of supply chain and distribution operations at Legendairy Milk, an omni-channel women's health brand in Austin, Texas. She served 15 years as a partner at Maxwell Locke & Ritter in audit, due diligence and IT security, focused on both buy side and sell side M&A transactions for consumer packaged goods and food and beverage brands. She began her career with PwC in Houston in chemicals manufacturing.
