
Thomas J. Callahan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global operations and strategic leadership. He has built a distinguished career across the fire protection and consumer goods industries, leading complex organizations through periods of significant growth and transformation.
Mr. Callahan served as a Managing Director at Minimax Viking GmbH, a global fire protection company formed through the 2009 merger of Germany-based Minimax and U.S.-based Viking Group. From 2013 to 2016, he played a pivotal role in integrating the operations of the merged entities and expanding the company’s international footprint.
Prior to his tenure at Minimax Viking, Mr. Callahan held several operations leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations at Fiskars Consumer Brands from March 2002 to June 2006. In this role, he was responsible for global sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, customs compliance, customer service, and materials management.
In January 2016, he transitioned to an ownership role at C&C Sage, Inc. Following its recapitalization by the IBC Group, the company became Stone Blue Holdings Inc., where Mr. Callahan now serves as Chief Executive Officer. Throughout his career, he has led or participated in numerous acquisitions and integrations, with deal sizes ranging from several hundred million dollars to $400,000.
Mr. Callahan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, and an MBA from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. He has been married to Susan Frerich Callahan for 31 years, and they have two adult children.
