Perrine Prieur Gallardo is a French-born wine professional, entrepreneur, and the founder of PERRINE’s Wine, one of Atlanta’s most respected destinations for terroir-driven, grower-focused bottles and meaningful wine experiences.

Raised in Burgundy in a family of farmers and vignerons, Perrine’s connection to the land shaped her philosophy early: wine is culture, agriculture, history, and hospitality woven together. She began culinary school at fifteen and later formalized her wine education in Dijon before building her career internationally, including time at the two-Michelin-star restaurant Le Gavroche in London.

In 2010, Perrine opened the original PERRINE’s Wine shop with a clear mission: bring thoughtfully farmed, authentic wines to her community while creating a place where everyone—collectors and curious beginners alike—felt welcome. What started as a single store has grown into multiple locations, a team of passionate professionals, and a company recognized for exceptional service, rigorous curation, and dynamic educational events.

Perrine remains deeply involved in every aspect of the business—from selecting producers and mentoring her team to designing customer experiences, negotiating with suppliers, and shaping the brand’s future growth. Her approach blends European tradition with American entrepreneurship, always guided by long-term relationships with winemakers, partners, and clients.

Beyond retail, Perrine is known for building community around the table. Through tastings, collaborations, philanthropy, and storytelling, she connects people to the human side of wine and to the families who dedicate their lives to making it.

At heart, Perrine believes wine should be shared, understood, and enjoyed without intimidation. Her life’s work is helping others discover bottles that create memories—and keep them coming back for the next story.

Tisha Thompson, founder and CEO of LYS Beauty, is a game-changing force in the beauty industry. A former makeup artist and product developer with over 25 years of experience, Tisha has dedicated her career to challenging outdated norms and proving that clean beauty can be both high-performance and truly inclusive.

In 2021, she launched LYS Beauty (Love Your Self) as the first Black-owned clean makeup brand at Sephora, making history while shattering the myth that clean formulas can’t deliver rich pigment and performance at an affordable cost. With an unwavering commitment to representation, Tisha ensures that every product is designed to make people feel seen, celebrated, and considered. 

Under her leadership, LYS has expanded into all Sephora U.S. locations, as well as Canada, Australia, Credo, and most recently, 800+ Kohl’s stores. The brand’s viral No Limits Cream Bronzer Sticks have garnered over a billion TikTok views, while its bestsellers—including the Triple Fix Serum Foundation (Allure Best of Beauty 2021) and Higher Standards Cream Glow Blush Stick (Allure Best of Beauty 2024)—continue to set new standards in clean beauty.

Beyond her brand, Tisha is a sought-after speaker, educator, and advocate for inclusivity in beauty. She was named to Inc.’s 2022 Female Founders 100 list and remains steadfast in her mission to make high-performance, clean beauty available to all.
