M&A SOUTH 2024 will once again be at the beautiful Avalon Hotel and Conference Center. To stay at The Avalon hotel (a Marriott Autograph Collection), there is a required 2-night minimum stay for all reservations in our discounted block.
ACG Atlanta will collect payment for the room and taxes via the link below when the block is open, for those who wish to stay onsite at The Hotel at Avalon. A credit card will be collected at check-in for incidentals.

Cancellation Policy (IMPORTANT)
ACG Atlanta is contracted for a certain number of rooms to get a discounted rate and ensure room availability for our attendees. We can only accommodate full cancellations up until Friday, January 5th, 2024. Cancellations made after Friday, January 5th, 2024, will result in a one-night, non-refundable deposit charge. No cancellations will be accepted after February 2nd. You may cancel your reservation by emailing acgatlanta@acg.org on or before 5 pm on January 5th, 2024. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation; if you do not, please call Gloria Kantor at 404-846-4455 and select option 2. Each cancellation will be issued a cancellation date and number.
