ACG Atlanta is working to secure special discounts for M&A South 2027 via Delta Airlines.

M&A SOUTH 2027 will once again be at the beautiful Avalon Hotel and Conference Center. To stay at The Avalon Hotel (a Marriott Autograph Collection), there is a required 2-night minimum stay for all reservations in our discounted block.

The Hotel Block will launch in early October. To register for the hotel block, you must be registered for M&A South 2027.

ACG Atlanta will collect payment for the room and taxes via registration for those who wish to stay onsite at The Hotel at Avalon. A credit card will be collected at check-in for incidentals.

PLEASE NOTE: Once the block is full and ACG Atlanta moves to a waitlist, attendees on the Avalon Hotel waitlist are notified if rooms open up at the Hotel at Avalon. Please be mindful of the cancellation policies for off-site hotels, as these are beyond ACG Atlanta's control. 

YOU MUST BE REGISTERED FOR M&A SOUTH 2027 IN ORDER TO JOIN THE ROOM BLOCK OR WAITLIST. All invoices for registration with the Hotel at Avalon Room Block must be paid in full within 48 hours, or the registration will be canceled and offered to the next person on the waitlist.

You MUST be logged in to your MyACG account to register for the room block. In 2025, our MyACG platform underwent changes and improvements to better meet the needs of the M&A professionals we serve; as a result, all ACG members must setup access to the new MyACG if you have not done so in the last year – you can do so following the instructions here.

ACG Atlanta is working to secure blocks for single-night reservations with additional nearby hotels. This page will be updated when those blocks become available.

Cancellation Policy for Avalon Hotel and Conference Center in the ACG Atlanta Block (IMPORTANT)

ACG Atlanta is contracted for a certain number of rooms to get a discounted rate and ensure room availability for our attendees. We can only accommodate full cancellations until 5:00 PM EST on Friday, January 1^st, 2027.  Cancellations made after Friday, January 1^st, 2027, will result in a one-night, non-refundable deposit charge. No cancellations will be accepted after January 29th. You may cancel your reservation by emailing acgatlanta@acg.org on or before 5:00 PM EST on January 1^st, 2027. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation; if you do not, please call Gloria Kantor at 404-846-4455 and select option 2. Each cancellation will be issued a cancellation date and number.
