Program Overview

Hey dealmakers, are you looking to take your career to the next level? The ACG Mentorship Program can get you there. We match B.C.’s rising stars in the deal-making community with accomplished and respected leaders in a range of fields, including investment banking, legal advisory, commercial banking, private equity and corporate development.

Throughout our one-year program, participants receive ongoing support, learning and opportunities for meaningful relationship building. What’s unique? Our mentees are paired with an industry-leading mentor outside their field of specialization to further their development and broaden their networks.

Mentees and mentors connect virtually or in person every 6 to 8 weeks and participate in events designed to accelerate personal and professional growth. Funded by ACG BC, the program is one of the key ways the organization furthers its mandate of growing the middle market in B.C.; opening doors for participants and facilitating a strong deal-making community.

To be considered for the program applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • 3 to 6 years of professional experience
  • Recognized as a high performer within your organization, with strong command of your business
  • Background and aspirations to succeed in the deal-making community (corporate growth, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions)
  • Willingness to be an engaged participant and commit to connecting with your mentor and attending events
  • Apply by sending your resume and cover letter to by Friday, February 9th at 5:00pm PST.

* Successful applicants must be (or become) members of ACG.
