Taking place in the Remo virtual ballroom, the conference will feature speakers discussing hot topics and emerging trends in the manufacturing and industrial sectors, and attendees will be able to participate in roundtable discussions to continue the conversation with the panelists and among peers.

A virtual Manufacturing & Industrial DealSource will be held on April 7, from 10:00am - 2:30pm ET, exclusively for private equity firms and investment banks focused in the manufacturing and/or industrial industries. Victoria Arrigoni

Victoria Arrigoni - Managing Director & Industrials & Manufacturing Practice Lead, G2 Capital Advisors

Keynote

Victoria Arrigoni is a Managing Director and Industrials & Manufacturing Practice Lead at G2 Capital Advisors with over 20 years of experience in the product manufacturing, institutional investing and advisory services. She advises companies and institutions looking to support rapid growth, mergers and acquisitions, or faced with complex challenges. Based in Boston, her clients include leading middle market companies, private equity firms and lending institutions.

Prior to joining G2 Capital Advisors in 2011, Victoria was at Legg Mason, investing on behalf of institutional clients within the industrials and manufacturing, metals and mining, oil and gas, and utilities sectors. Her responsibilities included valuation, modeling, and assessing company management, regulatory environments and macroeconomic opportunities and risks. Victoria also actively led new product development initiatives within the firm.

Prior to Legg Mason, Victoria was an R&D Mechanical Engineer with Hewlett-Packard, focusing on identifying and implementing efficiency gains in the product development cycle–from product concept to final design, tooling and manufacturing. Victoria’s contributions led to shorter development cycles, reduced costs and more cost-effective transition to high volume manufacturing for printer products.

Victoria graduated from University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She also holds an MBA from Yale University, School of Management and has earned the right to use the CFA® designation. Victoria currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts with her family and enjoys painting, swimming/cycling/running (as a temporarily retired triathlete!), and hiking with her husband and daughters.

John Gardella - Shareholder, CMBG3 Law

John Gardella is a Shareholder at CMBG3 Law and a trial attorney with over 17 years of litigation experience and over 75 cases tried to verdict. His practice focuses on environmental litigation and compliance matters, as well as the litigation of products liability and toxic torts (asbestos, talc, lead paint, benzene) cases. Mr. Gardella’s environmental work includes representation of companies for compliance and litigation matters in CERCLA, Safe Drinking Water Act, Clean Water Act, PFAS and numerous state level environmental regulatory matters. Mr. Gardella is regularly invited to speak about PFAS to due diligence, private equity, risk analyst and financial groups; at conferences; and in-house to insurance companies and businesses. He is frequently interviewed by media on the subject of PFAS and he consistently publishes thought leadership on the topic in several nationally syndicated resources, including Bloomberg Law, AM Best and National Law Review. The CMBG3 PFAS team was the only law firm in the country in 2020 to be recognized as a thought leader on PFAS by the National Law Review. In addition, Mr. Gardella’s product liability and toxic torts experience involves the litigation of over a thousand cases. He has taken hundreds of expert and fact witness depositions, prepared corporate witnesses for trial testimony, negotiated multi-million-dollar claims, and successfully argued legal issues in Massachusetts courts. Mr. Gardella has also served as National Coordinating Counsel for a company in the asbestos litigation for over 14 years.

Brian Heckler - National Sector Leader, Industrial Manufacturing, KPMG US

Brian is KPMG’s Industrial Markets Line of Business Leader and the National Sector Leader for the Industrial Manufacturing Sector which includes Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Engineering & Industrial Products, Conglomerates, Transportation and Metals. He possesses over 30 years of experience providing accounting and reporting consultation to clients on mergers, acquisitions, initial public offerings, restatements, joint ventures, and divestitures, principally with public companies registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Brian has provided technical support and project assistance on accounting issues in acquisitions, bankruptcy, carve-out, IPO/spin-off, or sales transactions and adoption and application of accounting standards to strategic or private equity buyers.

Jay Hernandez - Managing Director, Head of Industrial Technology Practice, Raymond James

Jay Hernandez is a Managing Director at Raymond James and is the sector head of the Industrial Technology practice for the Diversified Industrials group. Mr. Hernandez has over 18 years of experience working with global corporate and private equity clients in industrial technology sectors, including test and measurement, robotics and process automation, flow and process control, and industrial digitalization. He has advised public and private companies on a broad spectrum of corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and other strategic advisory analyses. Before joining Raymond James, Mr. Hernandez was a managing director at Moelis & Company, where he led the firm’s global industrial technology practice. Prior to Moelis & Company, Mr. Hernandez began his investment banking career at Harris Williams & Company, most recently serving as managing director, where he co-founded and led the firm’s industrial technology group.

Rob Quandt

Rob Quandt - Managing Director, Windjammer Capital Investors

Panelist

Rob joined Windjammer in 2017 and brings over 12 years of private equity investment experience. Over the course of his investment career, he has been directly involved in deals aggregating over $1 billion in invested equity. At Windjammer, Rob is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing investments and portfolio company divestitures. He currently serves on the boards of Rowmark and Engineered Controls International. Prior to joining Windjammer, Rob was a Managing Director at Bain Capital, where he played a significant role in numerous successful investments. Prior to working in private equity, Rob was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he provided strategic and operating advice to companies in the industrial and consumer sectors. Rob received his is BA from Yale University and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
