Christy joined ACG Boston in 2006 as the Events Manager, responsible for driving all programs and events for the chapter. She advanced into the Executive Director role of ACG Boston in 2009, and now serves as Regional CEO of the Northeast and Great Lakes regions for ACG.
During her tenure, Christy has played a significant role in continually reinventing programs and services, most notably the redesign of the chapter’s sponsorship program, resulting in over $250,000 of annual sponsor revenue, and working with member volunteers to revamp ACG Boston’s largest flagship event, now DealFest Northeast. She also helped navigate ACG Boston through its most significant membership transition of moving to an approval model. In 2014, Christy was awarded the Association for Corporate Growth Chapter Executive of the Year President’s Award.
Prior to ACG, Christy managed the programming for over 5,000 members at the Greater Boston Association of Realtors for 3 years, streamlining event production as offerings increased. She also worked at Emerson College where she advised students and parents on securing housing in Boston, and was responsible for building a community among over 2,000 students living off campus. In 2006, she received the Emerson Recognition and Achievement (ERA) Advisor of the Year Award.
Christy is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, and is an active member of the New England Society of Association Executives, currently serving as the chair elect of their Board of Directors. She lives north of Boston with her husband and 2 children.
