Victoria Arrigoni is a Managing Director and Industrials & Manufacturing Practice Lead at G2 Capital Advisors with over 20 years of experience in the product manufacturing, institutional investing and advisory services. She advises companies and institutions looking to support rapid growth, mergers and acquisitions, or faced with complex challenges. Based in Boston, her clients include leading middle market companies, private equity firms and lending institutions.

Prior to joining G2 Capital Advisors in 2011, Victoria was at Legg Mason, investing on behalf of institutional clients within the industrials and manufacturing, metals and mining, oil and gas, and utilities sectors. Her responsibilities included valuation, modeling, and assessing company management, regulatory environments and macroeconomic opportunities and risks. Victoria also actively led new product development initiatives within the firm.

Prior to Legg Mason, Victoria was an R&D Mechanical Engineer with Hewlett-Packard, focusing on identifying and implementing efficiency gains in the product development cycle–from product concept to final design, tooling and manufacturing. Victoria’s contributions led to shorter development cycles, reduced costs and more cost-effective transition to high volume manufacturing for printer products.

Victoria graduated from University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She also holds an MBA from Yale University, School of Management and has earned the right to use the CFA® designation. Victoria currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts with her family and enjoys painting, swimming/cycling/running (as a temporarily retired triathlete!), and hiking with her husband and daughters.

Curt Cozart

Curt Cozart is Chief Operations Officer for the Association of Plastics Recyclers, the only North American association dedicated exclusively to plastics recycling, and president of Common Sense Solutions, Inc. a consulting company specializing in plastics recycling plant design and improvement. He lead the 2014 development of the new APR Design™Guide for Plastics Recyclability, the premier American authority on the recyclability of plastics, now adopted into law in California and continues to supervise the improvement of that document. He provided technical due diligence for many of the major North American plastics recycling mergers and acquisitions deals. He has worked in the plastics recycling industry since 1991 where, as a project manager for Mobil Chemical Company he built the first North American film recycling plant dedicated to LLDPE stretch film. Curt served domestically and overseas in the US Army as an engineer officer attaining the rank of captain. He holds a BS in applied engineering mechanics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Anthony is a co-founder and EVP of Corporate Development of Re:Build Manufacturing, a family of industrial businesses focused on combining cutting-edge enabling technologies and operational superiority via acquiring and integrating manufacturing and industrial technology businesses. He heads investment strategy and execution and co-leads strategy for the company. Anthony has worked in M&A for 16 years, 14 of which has been on the buyside including several private equity firms (Cannon Capital, American Capital and Vance Street Capital). Additionally, Anthony has held multiple interim executive positions at operating companies including CFO and COO, along with various board and advisory roles. He earned a BSc in Finance from Santa Clara University.
