Chris is responsible for originating and executing investment opportunities in the software and technology- enabled services sectors. He serves on the Board of Directors of Reward Gateway, PlanSource, and Reflexis. He formerly served on the Boards of bswift, LLC, Accelerated Payment Technologies, Inc., Horizon Telecom International, LLC, SmartMail, LLC, Palm Beach Broadcasting, LLC, Dame Broadcasting, LLC and as an observer of Freightquote.com, Inc. and SecureWorks, Inc. Chris originally joined Great Hill Partners in 2000 and returned to the firm after graduating from business school. Prior to joining Great Hill Partners, he was an analyst in the Investment Banking Division of JP Morgan and an associate at GCC Investments. Chris received a BA in Political Science and History from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Kerri Ford serves as Managing Director and Practice Leader of Technology and Business Services with a focus on tech-enabled services, business process outsourcing as well as managed and facilities services across the middle market. Kerri brings over twenty-five years of experience to G2 across M&A, private equity, financial services and business operations. Prior to joining G2, Kerri was a co-founder and partner of RunTide Capital, a private equity firm investing in growth-stage, tech-enabled businesses. As Senior VP of Corporate Strategy and Development for C&W Services, Kerri spearhead the firms’ M&A strategy. Before her time at C&W Services, she served as an Investment Professional for Baker Capital, a private equity investing in and advising digital communications, media and technology companies. Prior to Baker Capital Kerri was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, providing M&A and financial advisory services. Additionally, Kerri has distinct experience within international corporate finance and operations as well as serving on multiple corporate boards of directors. Kerri is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (MBA) and the University of New Hampshire (BS). She also on the advisory board of the Andover Coalition of Education. Kerri resides just outside of Boston with her husband, two children and two dogs.

Yvonne is an Investment Principal at Robert Bosch Venture Capital’s (RBVC) affiliate office located in Sunnyvale, responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing investments for RBVC in the USA and Canada in deep tech fields like Artificial Intelligence, Industrial IoT, Mobility, Quantum Computing, or Sensors. Prior to this position, Yvonne was Director of Technology Scouting and Business Development for Bosch Automotive Electronics in North America. Her team’s focus was to identify startups, disruptive technologies, or business opportunities with the potential to create significant value to Bosch. Yvonne received a diploma in Experimental Physics from the University of Siegen, Germany, and holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from the University of Tuebingen, Germany.

As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Progress Software, Jeremy Segal is responsible for sourcing, executing and integrating Mergers and Acquisitions, which are essential elements of Progress’ business strategy. Jeremy has spent over 20 years leading M&A functions in publicly traded technology companies with inorganic growth strategies. Prior to joining Progress, he was Global Head of Corporate Development at LogMeIn, and previously he served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Akamai Technologies. During his corporate development career, Jeremy has completed more than 35 acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures resulting in an aggregate value of over $8 billion. Jeremy holds an MBA in Strategy and Corporate Finance from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management and a BA in Government and Economics from Bowdoin College. Jeremy currently sits on the Board of the MIT Enterprise Forum.
