Please join Dale Tremblay, CEO of C.H. Guenther & Son, as he shares the company’s remarkable story started in 1851, across generational ownership, and through the partnership with Pritzker Private Capital (PPC). Dale will be joined by David Gau, Partner – Head of Operations at PPC, and will share what the family was looking for in a legacy transition, how the business has navigated the C-19 environment, growing commitment to ESG, and the changes happening in the consumer food space.

David is a Partner and Head of Operations at Pritzker Private Capital. David has a history of building and operating multi-national organizations, most recently as chief executive officer of Intersystems, a manufacturer of material handling equipment for agricultural and industrial applications. Prior to Intersystems, David served as executive vice president of global commercial operations and group president of Industrial Fluid Power for Gates Corp. Gates Corp. is a multi-billion manufacturer of advanced power transmission and fluid transfer solutions, with more than 14,000 employees across 106 locations in 30 countries. Prior to joining Gates Corp., David was president of Air System Components, a division of Tomkins.

Dale W. Tremblay joined the company in early 1998 after 13 years with The Quaker Oats Co., where he most recently served as President of Quaker’s Worldwide Foodservice businesses. Before joining Quaker, Mr. Tremblay held various positions with Sara Lee Corp. and R.R. Donnelley and Sons Inc.

He earned a bachelor of arts in financial management from Michigan State University. Dale currently is on the board of directors for C.H. Guenther & Son, Texas Capital Bank (HR committee chair) and NatureSweet Tomatoes. He is a former member of Clear Channel Outdoor Inc. (Audit Committee member and chairman of the Compensation Committee); the board of trustees for Keystone School; Texas Can! Academy (San Antonio); and served as chairman of the board for the San Antonio Symphony. 

He previously served on the Michigan State University School of Finance Advisory Board and Community Advisory Committee for the Dallas Federal Reserve Board.
