ACG Boston is hosting Getting Deals Done in the New Normal, a virtual event series throughout the summer to provide guidance on changes to the M&A process brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, and foster discussion about how dealmaking may not only look different in the months ahead, but more permanently going forward. Topics will include Deal Sourcing, Going to Market and Valuation, Back-End Diligence and Closing.

The third and final event in the summer series will take place on August 25, 2020 and will cover "Closing the Deal."

With a background in computer engineering from the University of Illinois-Chicago, Rob became a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE #3764, Routing and Switching) in May of 1998. Over the next few years, Rob accumulated three more CCIE certifications putting him in the still very exclusive club of Quadruple-CCIEs, with just a handful of members. In 2006, Rob received his EMBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. Rob founded Maron Structure Technologies in 1997 and joined the Netrix family in 2012.

Len joined Summit Partners in 2006. As a Managing Director, he leads investments across the technology sector. His key areas of emphasis include robotics and automation, application software, and solutions enhancing education, talent and overall workforce productivity. Len's board and investment experience includes A10 Networks (NYSE: ATEN), Access Information Management (acquired by Berkshire Partners), Aeryon Labs (acquired by FLIR Systems), Ascentis, Heald College (acquired by Corinthian Colleges), Ruffalo Noel Levitz, Smartsheet (NYSE: SMAR), Teaching Strategies, Trident University International (acquired by Perdoceo Education Corporation) and Ubiquiti (NYSE: UI, formerly Ubiquiti Networks). Prior to Summit, Len worked for venture capital firm Celerity Partners and Baxter Healthcare International. He received a BS in accounting from the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California.

Todj leads the New England Transaction Service practice for Grant Thornton and is based in Boston. Before joining Grant Thornton, Todj was at a Big Four accounting firm in both San Francisco and Boston where he led and managed dozens of M&A transactions in a variety of industries. With 20 years as a financial and advisory professional, he has experience assisting both financial sponsors and strategic buyers and sellers in complex cross-border merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions. Todj has led assignments involving target companies across the Americas, Asia and EMEA including leveraged buyouts, growth acquisitions, strategic mergers and complex carve-out transactions. Todj’s transaction experience includes leading buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects focused on financial quality of earnings analyses (QofE), tax, IT and human capital issues impacting the transaction. Todj lives in Sudbury, Massachusetts with his wife and two sons. In his spare time, Todj enjoys reading, attending his sons’ high school games and volunteering with Sudbury for Wounded Warriors. Todj holds a BS from the University of Connecticut. Go Huskies!

Dru Rushing joined Raymond James in 2013 and is a Director focused on IT Services Investment Banking. Prior to Raymond James, Mr. Rushing worked in private equity at Bowside Capital primarily focused on investment underwriting and origination. Mr. Rushing began his career in investment banking at Citi, primarily focused on M&A, advisory and leveraged finance. Mr. Rushing received his bachelor’s degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.

Medhini Srinivasan joined Abry in 2016. She has evaluated, supervised, financed, and sold numerous companies in Abry’s targeted sectors. Medhini’s areas of focus include software, information services, business services, communications and media & entertainment. Prior to joining Abry, Medhini was a member of the investment team at Moelis Capital Partners. Previously, she was an Associate at The Edgewater Funds and an investment banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Medhini holds an M.B.A. with Honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.B.A. with High Distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
