Greg is a partner with CohnReznick Advisory’s Transactional Advisory Services Practice. Greg brings to this role more than 27 years of experience in finance, auditing, and managing the transactional advisory services practices of national and global professional services firms. Greg built on his extensive experience in conducting financial due diligence engagements, including buy-side and sell-side transactions in the cannabis, technology, software, pharmaceutical, consumer product, chemical, manufacturing, and retail industries. Greg is a member of CohnReznick’s national cannabis industry practice. He has performed due diligence on over 25 cannabis deals throughout the US on behalf of investors and leading multi-state operators. He has moderated and served on cannabis investing and due diligence panels at local and national conferences.

Abner Kurtin is the Founder and CEO of AWH and the Portfolio Manager for JM10 Partners Fund. He has been managing opportunity capital for over 20 years. Abner started his career at The Baupost Group and served as a member of the Presidents Council of Massachusetts General Hospital and Chairman of the Hill House. Abner graduated from Harvard Business School and completed his BA at Tufts University.
